From where can I view the activity logs of my account?
To view the logs for all web-based activities of your ZipDrive account,
- Sign in to your ZipDrive account.
- Click the 'Activity Logs' tab.

Under the 'Web Activity Logs' tab, a list of all your recent web-based activities will appear. Details include - Description, Date, IP Address and Computer Name.
- You can select a particular computer, 'From Date', 'End Date' and click 'Generate' to view the activities during the selected date range for the computer.

Click 'Download PDF' to download a copy of the generated logs.
To view the logs for all file / folder activities of your ZipDrive account,
- Go to the 'Activity Logs' tab.

Under the 'File and Folder Activity Logs' tab, a list of all your recent activities involving file / folder operations will appear. Details include - Operation, Computer Name, IP Address and Date.
- You can select a particular computer, 'From Date', 'End Date' and click 'Generate' to view the activities during the selected date range for the computer.

Click 'Download PDF' to download a copy of the generated logs.
To update your profile,
- Sign in to your ZipDrive account.

Click the profile icon displayed on the top-right corner and click 'My Account'.

In the 'Profile Details' tab, modify your details - name, email address and phone number.
- Click 'Save Changes'.
How can I cancel my ZipDrive account?
To cancel,
- Sign in to your ZipDrive account.
- Click the profile icon displayed on the top-right corner and click 'My Account'.

In the 'Profile Details' tab, click 'Cancel my account'.
- A popup appears to confirm your cancellation. Enter your password and other information.

Click 'Cancel My Account'.
I want to subscribe for alerts via email. How do I enable the same?
You can choose to receive email alerts for the activity logs of your ZipDrive account.
To subscribe,
- Sign in to your ZipDrive account.
- Click the profile icon displayed on the top-right corner and click 'My Account'.

Go to the 'Preferences' tab.
- Check all the fields for which you want to receive email alerts, and click 'Save Changes'.
Does ZipDrive have a VAT number?

Can I add VAT ID to my ZipDrive account?
If your business is based in the EU region, you can update your VAT ID information.
To add VAT ID,
- Sign in to your ZipDrive account.
- Click the profile icon displayed on the top-right corner and click 'My Account'.

Go to the 'Billing Information' tab, enter your VAT ID and click 'Save Changes'.
Note:
- VAT is location based, so the field will appear in the 'Billing Information' section of your account, only if it is applicable for your chosen country.
- VAT ID updated to your account will be validated by ZipDrive.
How can I view my billing information and invoices?
To view bills and invoices,
- Sign in to your ZipDrive account.
- Click the profile icon displayed on the top-right corner and click 'My Account'.

Go to the 'Billing Information' tab. In the 'Transaction Summary' section, click 'View' against the required invoice.

To print a bill, click 'Print'.
I am unable to use my existing credit card to make a payment towards the ZipDrive account renewal. Why?
This problem may arise due to the following reasons while renewing for a ZipDrive account:
- Credit card number and expiry date may be inaccurate.
- The online authorization system may fail certain valid credit cards outside the US in the address verification test.
The credit card that I had used to sign up for an ZipDrive account has expired. What should I do?
If your credit card has expired, you can update your credit card details and continue with your subscription.
To add a new card,
- Sign in to your ZipDrive account.
- Click the profile icon displayed on the top-right corner and click 'My Account'.
- Under the 'Update Credit Card' tab, enter the new credit card details (Card Number, Card Expiry Date, Billing Address and Zip Code).
